Yes you even have a good chance of beating a Charger SRT8. They do 0-60 in 5.0 seconds so if they make a mistake in driving or you have some boltons it would be very close. As for the charger R/T its 0-60 in 6.2 seconds. So once again unless you make a error in driving thats the only way you will loose.

I wouldn't be so fast to count them out! I've got a buddy with a Charger r/t and he's running 14.0's stock. I've seen SRT 8's pulling 13.4's, and 13.6's stock on a weak launch. The r/t's equal a close race. The SRT 8's would probably take you, unless your heavily modded. But with 425 hp, what would you expect.

A Charger R/T will be a close race, might come down to who gets the jump first. As for the SRT8, I wouldn't bother unless you have quite a few bolt ons, its not uncommon to see those cars trap 108 bone stock.

SRT-8 would slaughter our cars, Charger RT if you catch him from the dig he won't catch up I have raced a couple and put them down hard. I raced a hopped up SRT-8 jeep and lost by about 8-10 cars, thing had a **** load done to it, exhaust, chip, CAI and that chip to disable the awd in it.

whoa.... they wouldnt slaughter by any means. i went to lapeer dragway and raced a srt 8 charger a bunch of times. his best was a 13.4 and mine was a 13.6 the charger isnt as quick as i thought it would be. ive taken a charger r/t on the road a couple times, those i have no problem with them

Yeah I once raced an STR-8 from a left turn lane....yes...a left turn lane lol. Anyways, I made it around the turn a little quicker than him so I got the jump on the straight away....he couldn't pull on me at all. The guy pulled up next to me afterwards and was amazed and asked me if I have a supercharged 6....I LOL'ed. And yeah the R/T's are no big deal....easily walkable.

Monte's are in the 3600-3700 pound range, but yes they are definitely heavier. The weight of the SRT-8 makes launches and 1st gear doggy, but once the 6.2L Hemi breathes they can scoot. If you beat him off the line with enough speed, chances are he won't catch up and pull you.

As for racing the c class...dust him and tell him to .

The 5.7 also seems to shine at high speed rolls...
