Default Air conditioner, Need Help?

My AC stopped working in my 95 TA. My car has freon but after running my car for awhile I didn't have either line get cold. Canister isn't cold as well while its on Max or AC. Is there a relay or fuse because I couldn't find it in the manual. Trying to fix it before I pay the big bucks at the dealer. Any idea? thanks

Compressor is on the lower passenger side of the Engine, you're gonna have to look down there to see if the Clutch engages.

check to see if the compressor is cycling... if it is not, find your low pressure switch on the line and jump the switch with a paper clip, then see if it cycles. post back and let us know
