LE2 built heads w/springs milled .030
LE2 cam
LE3 intake
MR g 5716 head gaskets
fel pro 1284 intake gaskets
comp 1305-16 1.6 pro mags
TFS 30400623-8 guide plates
ARP rocker studs
BBK 58 TB
autolite 104 plugs gapped .035
MSD 8.5 wires
LPP headers and ORY
delphi 37# injectors
meziere wp118hd elec water pump

Put the new cam in and cylinder heads on to start. You should take an old lifter and take it apart and make a solid one out of it. It will be very useful for checking pushrod length and piston to valve clearance.
Once you do that you can mock it up. Put a stock pushrod in with one of your rockers and set it to zero lash but do not give it any preload. Turn the motor over and watch the roller of the rocker arm roll across the tip of the valve from the front of the engine. If you can't see where it is contacting very well use a marking compound.
With proper pushrod length the roller will stay in the central range of the valve stem tip. Too short and it will ride more towards the lifter valley. Too long and it will ride more towards the exhaust port side of the head.
With you being new to this I would recommend getting a length checker over trying to estimate. You will just adjust it till you find the length that puts the roller where it should be on the valve stem and measure it. Pushrods sell in increments of .050" so you will have to round to the nearest .050" on length.
Also, don't forget to set your guide plates so the rollers are centered on the valve stem tip when looking from the side of the engine. And use a good thread sealer such as ARP on the studs that are located over the intake ports.

Make sure the TB comes with a 58mm gasket (if it's new, it should)
LPP headers should come with gaskets, and people have had good luck with them I head.
I like comp 1-peice pushrods (measure length once you have it together)
You'll also want:
- a set of head bolts if yours are stock, you can't reuse them. I like ARP.
- a timing cover gasket kit and valve cover gaskets (not included in manifold kit)
- a new timing chain (reuse of chains with mileage = bad way to save a few bucks)
Click my sig, the H/C/I project is on page 4 of the cardomain page, lists everything I needed.
