Got everything apart except for this one end where the line attaches to the fuel rail? can't find anything like a snap ring whats the story?

Honestly, cut the fuel line as close as possible then Dremel it out!

There isn't, you have to cut the hard line off, grind off the lip and then get a 3/8 drill bit and drill it out. As soon as I drilled into where the hard line goes into the fitting it started spinning and then I just pulled it out.

Thats a great link thanks! I was doing this just to get a nice cleaned up set of stock rails to put on my new intake manifold, should I just leave it as is, doesn't seem like a good way to put it back together exists....

I am currently working on this as well I am running AN-8 fittings into the 1st rail and running a AN-6 into the FPR from the 2nd rail then back into the tank. I hated the fuel/vacum lines in 93-97 F-bodys so I'm replacing them with tucked away lines.

Here is a pic from when I did it. I put an LT1 in a 67 C-10 and wanted to make it a little nicer looking as well. After you get it out all you need to do is weld the AN fittings to the back of the rails. If you run in series like stock you can route the lines the same way. If you go parallel then you need to setup return lines in the front as well like in the second picture. Not my car.
