I say go for it if you have the extra cash to spend..I will say though man going with a aftermarket fiberglass hood can get spendy. I would be sure the quality is A+ before you buy. I had some issues with mine as far as having to fill in some spots with bondo. You could be into it more then you really might want to be. It would be kinda cool to see this style preped and painted!! I wish that style would have been around when I bought

lol "Mr Owl. How many cowls can we stick on a hood before it looks too goofy?"

"Lets find out... One... a Two-ooo... a.... Nope, just two!"

It doesn't look too bad, but I'd have to see it on a car to finally judge it heh

^ Exactly. I don't know how much I like that. I'd have to see it on a car before I pass judgement.

The cowl is not functional, just the tiny "ram air" scoop that is too far back to mount functional ram air too.

It will just slightly cool the engine bay from the front opening...no true ram air and no full cowl induction.

Notice how on a real cowl hood like the octanemotorsports version the very back has openings and paths for air to travel and that one does not.

.

The air passing over it makes a vacuum where the hot air is literally sucked out of the engine bay while cold air is forced in.
