I've been wondering if it was worth it on a bolt on car. I know the bolt on record is held by a stock throttle body LT1, so it must not gain much. I saw dyno #s from a buddies h/c LT1. Same day, same dyno, 5 mintues to change from stock to 58 mm and it picked up 4 rwhp. In my opinion, not alot for $300.

you really wont see any gains at all unless you're pushing enough air through it and it becomes a restriction. For your mods, it is not restricting airflow at all. At part throttle it may seem like it made a gain because at the same percentage throttle input the larger one will let in more air
