Not sure about hardtops, but I'm running the UMI 2 point bolt on SFC's and they def made a noticeable difference. Great quality and pricing as well. I plan on welding them in at some point.

Yeah, I've been looking at alot of them. Is there an advantage to the spider web looking connectors? (UMI, SLP, Double Diamond, Kenny Brown) I already havea tunnel mount tq arm in the center that uses the old brace bolt holes.

Running the SLP double diamonds. If running a torque arm like that I would run the SLPs, it helps stiffen that area up.

By spider web do you mean the 3 point style that connect not only the front and rear but the middle as well?

I run bolt-in UMI tubulars and they are awesome. Can't see them from the side of the car which is why I went with tubular over boxed.

Any unabodied car will benifit from SF connectors, HT or TT, HTs have a stronger roof construction, but the car is still a unabody.

I bought the BMR Tubulars & they are indeed very strong & nicely built, cheap in price too.
