unplugged o2's= high oil pressure??

unplugged o2's= high oil pressure??
My Car has been misfiring someone suggested i unplug the 02's to see if it ran better ....it ran a lot better after unplugging them but my oil pressure went through the roof i mean like passed pegged...is that normal????

sounds like an electrical gremlin
increasing the idle should not peg out the oil pressure gauge, hell a stock or even a high pressure oil pump shouldn't peg out an oil pressure gauge if it working correctly

If our car's PEG the gauge when it's unplugged, then it's possible he unplugged the Oil Pressure sensor and not the O2
Now, it's less likely on 94+, but on our 93's the oil pressure sensor is down on the oil filter adapter housing. Not behind the intake manifold like 94+. Though, after thinking about how that is setup, I don't think it has a long tail like the O2s do, and the sensor plugs right into the pressure sensor, so it would be less than likely anyone would unplug that by accident. [/ramble]
