What management are you using?

Those heads will not work well with such small displacement at rpms where the stock computer can function. The 4500+ rpm comment in their own description is based on a gen 1 intake, the LT1 and 4 intakes shift necessary rpms even higher.

You are building a bench racing dream, I doubt it will live up to your expectations.

Only LTx I know of sucessfully using those heads is a 434ci motor turning 7200 and fed boost and even he choosen ported LT1 heads for street builds. The boost and the displacement both make it capable of using more head than a NA 383 needs.

those heads are flowing alot, you really need to get a custom grind, i would have opted for more cubes for heads like that, you can make them work, but plan on shifting really high, you need to get ahold of some that can steer you in the right direction for cam selection, i've met a few that run heads like that on there smaller cubed engines with success, but there shifting well over 8000 RPM too, is this your goal?? Also seeing your compressions at 11.8.1, are these pistons domed, do they have deep enough pockets too support a high lift cam & larger valves?? Things you need to take into consideration.
