Default EGR Removal

I'm in the middle of installing Pacesetter Longtubes, and I have got the EGR off the manifolds, and removed the manifolds... Now what do I do with the EGR hose that goes to the intake manifold? Just clamp it and leave it, or what.... I totally forgot about it when I started... help please!

The one coming from the stock exhaust manifold?
If so, are your headers emissions style headers?

The pipe unbolts from the back of the intake manifold so you can just remove the two bolts and pull it out.
