help with Y-pipe
hey guys i just bought the Jet hot long tubes with emissions and the ends have the 3 bolt flanges, i live in Texas so i will be keeping my cat as i have to do a sniff test every year. my question is for the people running cats, what y-pipe are ya ll using. i cant find one with just one cat, i see some that have two but my car came with one cat so i believe that is all i need to put back on it. is there a preferred ORY that you can put a cat on. any help would be great thanks in advance

For welding you have to get down to the bare metal for good penatration. Usually using a wire brush on the part after the coating is chipped away to get the surface really clean.
