Default O2 sensor electrical question

Hello. I have a question regarding O2 sensor resistance readings. With all O2 connections apart, all fuses out, battery and PCM disconnected, I'm seeing 7 ohms on connector D off the wiring harness in both banks. A & B is open (normal), pure ground on C (normal). What could be causing the 7 ohm reading on pin D? I would think it should show open. Am I missing something?
A little backstory, I'm getting a PO134 code (Bank 1 O2 no activity) and thought it was the sensor, but a new one is doing the same thing. I am also showing a PO135, PO155 (bank 1 and 2 sensor 1, heater circuit malfunction). I suspect the 7 ohm reading is causing all of this. What do you all think? Let me know. MJD
