Just know that you'll have to tune for any injectors larger than stock.

And if you didn't know it could be done already, I am running stock '03 Cobra injectors in my LT1.

They will fit, but they won't connect to the wire harness, you will need some sort of adapter.

The Truck ones may have the EVI6 Connectors. I'm running LS2 Injectors with my Stroker, I managed to get ahold of the Connectors unassembled and cut the stock Connectors off my Harness and crimped the new ones on.

I don't remember where I got them, but I paid like $20 for them. If you look they are out there.

And LS1 injectors will? You said you had Cobra injectors. Did you used the wire harnesses for the Cobra injectors or do they interchange. I was just curious. I have the CC306 and my buddy just put 42lb'ers in his 5.3 and was wondering if it was worth the trouble to put his stockers in mine.

LS1 injector connections and 5.3 connections are different (don't know if the 5.3's use the EV6 connectors or not). I have the all blue skinny style cobra 39#'ers in my cam-only engine. They have the EV6 connectors and require a EV1-EV6 injector harness adapter.
Why are you looking to upgrade your injectors?

Well, I have been looking at a blower or something and was just curious. I don't even know if the injectors are maxed out or not. I was just curious if it was worth keeping his injectors and making an adapter.

I don't think it would be worth the swap for stock 5.3 injectors. You'd probably want to run some SVO 30's or something, but use a injector calculator to be exactly sure of what you need.

I can't imagine why the 5.3 injectors and LS1 injector connectors would be different. Are you sure about that?

Almost positive man, I remember trying to take them off of a 5.3 block I had, and I was like wtf, how do they come off, just took an extra min of looking at it. I still have the intake mani and injectors in the garage, I can take a pic later.

EDIT: You can kinda see the difference here:
