Default Opti Cap/Rotor Bolts??

They look like thei smallest inverted torx in the world, does anyone know the actual size so I can go buy a socket to fit them??

The size is E4.

Try and get the deep socket if possible.

I think Snap On makes one that is a deep barrel that is a thin wall. If I'm not mistaken my craftsman was to thick to fit in the slot for the bolt, and that's why I had to buy a different one, but it's been four years ago that I bought it and don't remember. And yes it's an E4.

Just build the tool for less than one dollar using a torx bolt, wing nut and jam nut.

Wow - that makes too much sense!

I spent $25 off the Snap on truck for my 1/4 drive deep well E4 socket - yeah, do that!

for the record the MSD cap and rotor came with the bolt and jam nut to remove them but I didn't open the package until I had it all apart, I guess I should have opened it up before I ran all over the place to buy the right socket
