ECM Tuners or programmers preferably not hypertech. i don't like those. but is there anything else. plug in style hooked to my laptop. i don't want to send in my ECM to get done. any brands or ideas where i could go.

Trifecta does mail order tunes. They send a programmer that's got a tune on it specifically for your mods. You upload it to your PCM and send the programmer back to them. Or, you could just do a PCM exchange with PCM4Less or MadZ28, like I did. They tune a new PCM, send it to you, and you send yours back, and you get your core charge refunded after they get your PCM back. Otherwise, get a cable, and get an email tune from one of the companies. Then, you can upload it from your own laptop.
