i am putting a lt1 in my third gen and need to know if there is an adapter kit for the wiring haness to plug directly into my 305 tbi camaro???

Answer to that is no. You will need to splice in to your own wires. Not hard to do once you have the wiring diagrams for your car and the lt1 harness wires labeled. I put a impala ss lt1 into my 85 Trans am. Try lt1swap.com for some wiring diagrams also check out TGO. Need other help let me know.

thanks i checked it out alot of help..Im doing the same swop from an imapala ss lt1 5.7just wondering did you keep it stock because i wanna get rid of these iron heads and put a gm 847 cam but can't seem to make up my mind on what heads i could get for maximum street performance????

P&P stock heads will work nicely. Call up Advanced Induction (Ai) or Llyod Elliot to pick up a set of heads.

Yea, get ahold of the Pin Diagrams for your Harness, then you will be able to figure everything out easier and work with it.
