I agree with Travis. What tire is it on? If it hooks on dope I bet that bitch will rip, your main problem is going to be hooking it out the hole. But he has a good rear under it, just make sure he got a tire on it. Dyno numbers dont really mean much, power is only a 1/3 of the combination. It's easy to make power with a LT1 with the right set up, when using a power adder like nitrous, it becomes really easy. But the other 2/3 comes from suspension, gear, tire height, weight and driver.

This is odd. Im in noway trying to be argumentitive, but multiple people on this site will vouch,we have a 96z with a muffler,a 26x10.5 slick and a cai, with a 125hp shot go 11.81@114 with a 1.68 60ft. How is his car only gonna go mid to low 11s? We went 11.39@117 with a better(more efficient)kit, stall, and a hypertech programmer. The car is 100% full wieght aswell. Motor still remains bone stock!

Those times aren't really uncommon, Joe Brodman was running 11.60s with a bolt on 150 shot combo, others have hit 10s. Sounds like that car is doing what it should. Really can't say what it will run though far as any car, but you can speculate potential. I think that set up should run good, it could be a 10 second car with the right driver and 60ft.

If your race weight is around 3,600 lbs I would say roughly mid to high 11's on spray if you get 1.8 or better 60ft.

Is your SLP stainless headers long tube? Your hp/tq numbers for n/a seems kind of low for a 6 speed.

x2. There's bolt-on LT1's making 320-330rwhp. Even with the mild cam he's running, it wouldn't be hard to make 330rwhp through the 12-bolt, cam-only. Something's not right with those power numbers.

i do have something wrong thats why i asked what i SHOULD run because it ran a **** time. it has a p0122 code so i replaced the TPS but it still has the same problem. i was told it may be the knock sensor. if its that it can back the timing way off and that would explane the lack of power but im not shure what it is for shure.

if it was dyno tuned i would imagine that the km was de-sensitized. i would think you should be real low 12s to high elevens on motor. there are a few of us bolt-on only cars running mid twelves.
