Default Best cam

I was wanting some input on a daily driver cam and gains to expect with stock heads.I have a heard good things about the the comp 502 and the hot cam and are said to be easy on the valve train, but want the best bang for the buck.

the 503 has great potential. but for what i wanted in my DD with stock heads stock bottom end @ 155k miles it was to much. i got a LE 223/230 cam w/ 112 lsa that will give me a great mid range and lower end. red lines around 6100. i cant wait to install it!!

cc503, gm846, LT4 hotcam, Lingenfelter 211/219 are all good stock head cams

AI also has some custom grinds for stock heads that alot of people swear by

cc502 218 / 224, .495 / .502 112 LSA
LT4 HC 218 / 228, .525 / .525 112 LSA

pretty much the same cam, cc502 has less duration on the exhaust side and more lift on both intake and exhaust (with 1.6 rockers)

pretty much gonna perform damn near the same
