Which OIL will leak LESS 5W-30 or 10W-40??

Question Which OIL will leak LESS 5W-30 or 10W-40??
My car leaks engine oil a bit much..
Should I use,
CASTROL MAGNATEC 5W-30 A1 or CASTROL MAGNATEC 10W-40 A3/B3 ??

Find the leaks, Id just replace valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket and check the manifold and oil sending unit.

yes fix the leaks but if thats the case just go with 15w40 or so
