Default How to completely drain the cooling system

I backflushed the cooling system and it's now full of nothing but water. Drained the radiator but that didn't remove all the water from the engine block. It only took less than a gallon of antifreeze to refill the whole thing. How do I completely remove the water from the engine block too so I can refill the system with the proper water/coolant mixture?

The block has two drain plugs, one on each side of the block. On the drivers side it's just a regular screw in plug. On the passenger side, the knock sensor serves as the plug. Remove both and empty the radiator and you should have completely drained the system.
