It could be fine for a mild emmissions cam.

You can't ask what to use if you don't tell us ANYTHING about what it is going in and what your goals are.

anything on a 114LSA with mild split duration is considered a pretty boost friendly cam

what are YOUR goals?

i had a 396 N/A Lt1 motor, was making around 400RWHP, That motor has some issues so it was junked and starting over. I bought a 383 and im looking to make more then 400 this time around but the cam doesnt seem like anything great.

Im looking to get good mid range with great top end. The lt1 makes a good amount of torque already so im not so much worried about the low end but unlike the ls1 the lt1 obvisouly losing it in by the 1000 ft mark.

So anyone know of a good cam that is for N/A that would work with a

3,500 stall
12 bolt w/ 4:11
TH400

setup ???

Depends on the heads, but going by your drivetrain I would say much much much bigger then that cam. I know it came with it, but I don't know why anyone would even consider going that small in an NA stroker with a stalled TH400 and 4.11s??

I suggest you have your builder spec you a cam, or call up AI/LE and tell them your engine/drivetrain specs and see what they recommend. The cam you listed would be garbage in an NA 383.

well i dont know what kind of drivetrain the other guy had i know what i have, which is what is listed.

But after doing research on this cam i felt it wasnt going to support what im trying to do.

I have check into some Comp Cams and deffently intrested in some like Comp Cams XFI LT1 Camshaft, 242 / 248, .584 / .579 113 LSA. is that any better.

I have done research on the CC306 and 305 setup and just not what im looking for.

This is what the motor cam with, any suggestions to get me where i want to be let me know.

that second cam you posted would be much happier in a 383/396 compared to the previous one but best case scenario would be to give flow numbers, displacement, and goals to a cam grinder that can taylor a cam to your needs. no reason to settle on a cam when someone can design one for you for around the same price
