Default Tach hook up

o im hooking up my tach on my 93 camaro....where does the green wire go to get the rpm readings it says the green wire on the coil but im not sure what wire and where at ...Input please...thanks

I used the White wire after the tach filter. it is tapped up in your harness going to the coil.

by tach filter are you talking about the lil box looking thing or what

ok and you mean after the filter as in going to the opti or on the side going to the firewall harness

Run it right off the coil, works best I feel on our non PCM cars (we're ECM remember). It's the white white, I'd tap in after the (what I assume is) a filter.

Though for anyone reading this with a 94+ it's PCM connector pin A13

I just swapped out my harness but if no one does ill take a pic on the old harness when I get home ( be a few hours at work )

There's 4 wires on the coil. I think it's 2 reds a black and a white. Either way, it's the white one

Might jsut be the bad pic, but that doesn't even look like the coil plugs.
