Question about TSP turndowns

Question about TSP turndowns I looked on TSP's website and they only show the turndowns for 98-02 cars, but since its weld together and I seen pictures of LT1 cars with them. It would be safe to say they can be used too for 93-97s.
What sounds better, the sweet thunder or dynomax?
