Need a bit more info on what else has changed. Likely 91 would suffice.

at least 91 i would think you might be able to run 89 but you would just have to try it out and see. i know 91 would keep you away from detonation for sure though

if your cam is a 208/212 on a 104 lsa you'll likely detonate on 91, so... more info needed here

why wouldnt you just put premium in the car? if you're going all out to up your compression and build a stroker motor whats the difference in spending a few more cents per gallon of gas...seriously

lol i put premium in the stock bottom end i was just making sure it would be fine to run premium in the stroker motor. i just didnt know if 11.3 was going to be to high for it. i hope to get it tuned to run good on 91 though

10.5:1 is barely scratching the surface on what our engines can handle on pump gas thanks to the reverse cooling. There are a number of LT1s out there running around 12.0:1 and even higher.

I'd just go ahead and run premium. It cost a whole 20cent more than regular. My .02

I ran 93 in my 393 when it was a daily driver....12.2:1 with 2 different cams...222/228 .544/.538 112 and 246/254 .613/.590 112. No issues at all. Just make sure the tune is correct and you run the correct heat range plugs.
