Default 383 stroker vibration ?

Going to look at a LT1 car. Guy says it a 383 stroker and that it's developed a vibration. Think theres any chance it could be a balancer problem or more likely an internal problem? Don't know anything about the car yet, just kicking ideas around.
Thanks

No way to tell without actually driving the car. Could be NUMEROUS things. Everything from a misfire to an unbalanced driveshaft, alignment, bushings, bearings, pretty much anything that moves can cause a vibration.

The engine is suppost to have 20,000 or more on it so I was looking for ideas. Hoping to pick it up for a good price and see what I find.

hard to say...just make sure if the motor is internally balanced that the weight on the flywheel/flexplate has been removed or is neutrally balanced. If you look at it check to see if the vibration is all the time or just in gear etc..
