air problems

air problems my fuse for air pump keeps blowing, does that mean pumps bad? 2nd if so would that cause fans to come on?3rd can i just unplug the wires from pump and replace fuse?

Normally, yes.
Yes, because there is a trouble code.
Yes, a good fuse and relay with the air pump electrical connector disconnected will normally be ok (if you have a 93-95). It may still cause a trouble code if 96-97.
