96 SS won't go into first gear? Switched out the pcm from an obd ll to an obd l so i could tune with tuner cat and now the car won't go into first or hit overdrive. Doesn't matter if i manually shift it or leave the car in drive. Any Ideas?

the obd l pcm is for an automatic. i worked fine in my other car which is a auto. I reinstalled the stock computer and it shifts in to first and overdrive just fine?
