no blinkers but hazrds work...
im thinking its the multi function dealie that on the steering column (thing u use to engage the blinkers) when u apply a blinker it doesnt do anything (no blinker lights on the gauge cluster either) however when u put the hazards on it works (blinkers light up on guage cluster). this is happening on the dd 94 t/a any idea's guys?

does ur turn signal stick peice click when u push it up or down to use the blinker? if not then check right underneath that at the end of it n make sure everything is plugged in bcuz mine did that once and i just had an unplugged wire clip.

first check all of your bulbs and make sure they work. If their good chances are your turn signal flasher isn't working. It's under the steering wheel behind the panel. It's a round silver thing to the right it looks like the hazard flasher which is to the left. Check this site http://shbox.com/1/flashers.jpg

They run on different fuses. My guess is whichever one controls your blinker blew. Someone with more knowledge of the fuses will be able to chime in and tell you which one exactly because there isn't one that says it's for the blinkers.

I'm with riceburner, first things first, check all your bulbs. I had this same problem, but it was only the left side. The bulb lit, but didn't blink. Swapped it out worked great!

I had a very similar problem a few days ago. The emergency blinkers would only work. No stop lights nor turn signal lights. In my case it just turned to be the ground wire that wasn't making good contac. And i also have a 94 T/A..

Check all the bulbs and the relay under your dash, A while back mine wouldn't flash but the hazards worked and it was the relay, later same sorta problem and it was the bulbs.

If the fuse is replaced, the blinker will work, until you turn your running lights on.
It's in the side of the console, you can get to it with the driver's side door open.

seriously though i bet it's your flasher. it's usually to the right of the steering columb under the lower dash panel. i couldn't find mine under there when mine stopped flashing and had to search for it. it was over by the center console. once i replaced that the blinkers worked fine. they were just like you describe where you'd see the light on the dash light up but they wouldn't blink. FWIW the hazards are on a separate flasher than the blinkers so just because your hazards work doesn't mean the blinker flasher isn't bad.

It was the bulbs ground wire that's on the back(trunk) of the car. It should be under your carpet. Fallow the tail light wiring, one thin wire should be tapped the body(ground) of the car. Check if it got pinch some were or if its not making good contac. Good luck..

if the bulbs light up with the hazards, but not with the blinkers, it is more than likely the turn signal flasher. Just switch the hazard and turn signal flashers and see if the turn signals start working and the hazards stop working. If so, you have a bad flasher.
