ive never noticed a difference in the bolts ive used. i just make sure that everything is in the the right way. and heat cycle it three or four times. and almost let the gasekts break in before and hard throttling. but thats just me. also advance and autozone have the bolts with the tabs on the end that when the start to back out the tab presses up against the pipe and wont let it loosen anymore or the have lockwire. same concept except its between two bolts. i found a link for the lockwire kind.

I bought a set of the percy's splitlock header bolts. Still waitin on them to arrive but I've heard they work great. In the past I've used the stage 8 bolts with locks. The washers are hard to get on and the little clips you have to slide on are a pita.

def .use 1" because of the thick flange on the pacesetter
