ditch the Intake and have your stocker ported, That Edelbrock is proven not to perform. youll prob want bigger injectors too depending on what cam you choose and wich heads you go with.
I would say Mickey Thompson Street radials for best bite at the track.

holly 58mm tb Not a bad mod for heads and cam
edelbrock manifold Have been proven to make less HP than stock ones
trick flow heads A better choice would be to have your heads ported buy a reputable place (Lloyd Elliott or Advanced induction)
accel 30 or 32lb injectors (with the mods better injectors are good)
aeromotive fuel pump, fuel regulator, filter (fuel pump yes regulator no)
4.11 gears (These would be great with a 6 speed, 3.73's for an auto)
eibach drag launch springs (other suspension mods would be better)
hooker super comp full lenght headers (Longtubes a great idea)
3in cutouts (another good idea for some extra HP)

Nitto's don't have a good rep for high HP cars at the track. Plus with the above mods...you need a cam to get the most out of them. Do some research and you'll be able to put together a great combo. Don't leave out the important complimenting mods. The key is research.

edelbrock manifold - NO, stock intake will do fine.
trick flow heads - Look into get either ported stock heads or ported TFS heads from Advanced Induction.
accel 30 or 32lb injectors - SVO 30-36# injectors work well (depending on your fuel demand).
aeromotive fuel pump, fuel regulator, filter - Don't need a regulator, look into getting a Racetronix fuel pump kit with a Walbro 255lph pump.
4.11 gears
eibach drag launch springs
hooker super comp full lenght headers
3in cutouts

Don't know if you have a CAI, you definitely need one if you don't.
You didn't mention anywhere about a cam, no sense in getting heads and all the bolt on's without swapping out the camshaft. Talk to Advanced Induction about a heads/cam package.

This is what i would get.
LE2 package, 58cc TB, 37lb. injectors, you can just matchport the stock manny, 255 Walbro pump, adj. fuel reg., TR6 plugs, good wires, 1.6 RRs (NSA), hardened pushrods.

Is this an A4 or M6 car??

i got a comp cam and my heads have a 3 angle valve job, big springs, guide plates. i got 1.6 rr. comp cam lifters & push rods. i bored the block 30 over, made it a 355 & put forge pistons. got rid of the ac & smog device. k&n cai. hooker super comp shorty headers, no cats, & flowmaster muffler. i put a line lock, torque arm, traction bars, panhard rod, & i just put subframe connectors(havent ran it with the subframe connectors yet). my computer has been tune but i have got in it dyno tune yet. i had my transmission rebuilt & setup for racing, & i put a b&m shifter in it. & im running on nitto drag radials

You basically have a cam that's a hair under the LT4 hot cam. With the mods you mentioned, you should be doing better than a 13.71. What's your 60' times?

Not too many people have a 10 second NA street car.
Also running 10's NA is expensive, what's your budget?

I don't see how you could have a automatic, Nitto DR's, and suspension mods, and still not cut a sub 2 second 60'. Even with a stock converter, something is not right.

umm its pretty tight. im going to trying doing these mods when i go 2 school. it doesnt have to be 10s. i just want to get close. the only thing stock is the injectors, tb, manifold, & when i had my heads done i made the mistake by not getting them ported. i am thinking about rebuilding it later on down the road & putting the lt4 hot cam in it & making it a 383 stroker

Oh man...you really need to research your cam selection/mod choices if you want to run close to 10's but you want to put a LT4 hot cam in a 383. You need to think bigger.
