Default Finaly got some pictures taken

I bought this car a couple months ago I believe now and finally got some pictures of it. It's a project essentially, so it's nothing special, but I like it so far. I have done a few things to her since I got her: Headers, fuel pump, put the headliner & interior trim back in, Magnaflow cat-back, eliminated the emissions & cat. More to come eventually...just tapped out my spending for a bit with the headers/exhaust. Anyway, I picked her up off Ebay for $2000 and drove it home. Drove it for about a month without doing anything to it too aside from the fuel pump...it ran before but the pump was too small. Here she is:

As I bought her...Ebay pics:

After the exhaust:

Lots more to come eventually. I think the tune and misc. tidying up of everything that is there is next though (motor mounts, clearance issues, etc.). I also want the tubular K-member to be my next project. Maybe a cap and rotor, but for now I'm out of money :-p

Thanks, it took me 2 days at my shop though and I had some struggles...some of which I am still working out. Overall I am very happy with it so far though.

And yes, I will eventually clean it up nice. The guy I bought it from I guess gave up on the car the last couple years he had it as he had a perfectly good car cover in the trunk he never used while the car sat under a tree collecting leaves and debris. I have slowly been detailing it one piece at a time. The paint is pretty faded in spots though, so it will eventually need paint anyway...thus I haven't been too good about cleaning the outside. Shame on me, I know. I will get it there.

I was inspired to detail the engine bay a little while ago though...it is an awesome day out here today. Couple more pics:

looks exactly like my '95 TA coupe i got off Ebay as well for nearly the same price. mine's a 6spd. your clearcoat is not nearly as faded as mine was. i went ahead and reshot the front bumper, hood and front fenders.

great find, and i hope you enjoy the car.

Thank everyone...I was pleased with the find. It read 117,*** when i got it, but the cpu hasn't been tuned to account for the 3.73's, so it should actually be around 115K assuming the date and mileage he said he swapped the gears is correct...which based on his record keeping is pretty likely true.

Yeah, good find again, I know what you are going through fixing the car up. I bought mine last August and am still fixing little things here and there. Its fun learning about the car though, and rewarding when you buy a car for cheap and put some parts into to make it look and ride like a new car.
