Default Need some more opinions...

will this work with true duals w/ a Cross over "H-pipe" right uner the driveshaft??? the cross over is pretty much at the tail section of the transmission...

You might have to get some custom exhaust work done. Simple answer is you won't know for sure until you try to bolt it on.

You should have expected it, no one knows the location and dimensions of your current exhaust set up, therefore no one can tell you if it will fit, you have to try it and see.

LOL, yeah, but his question has a x-pipe, which you should consider installing if you have to rearrange your exhaust.
