Default oil problem

I just realized that my oil pressure dosn't go any higher than 40lbs. From my understanding is u need 10 for every 1000rpm. what should I do? im thinking its could only mean 3 things.
cluged oil filter. btw i use mobil 1
bad oil pump.
or my engine needs a rebuild soon.
what do ya think?

problem fixed. turns out i had low dirty oil. who know that low oil causes low oil pressure. lol well oil pressure shoots up to 60psi at 5000rpms so its all good. gotta love the feel and look of a brand new oil change.
