Whats everyone doing for fog lights on 93-97 T/A's?
I need new fog light assemblys for my 93 T/A. Both of the lenses just fell off at one point or another. I need the complete fog lights. I was wondering what everyone else is buying because all of the used ones I see are pitted to hell and new GM's are expensive.
I was looking at these - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/93-97...lenotsupported
Anyone have them? Thanks.

I bought some Halo style from a non-sponsor a while back. I like how they look, granted halos aren't in everyone's definition of good taste.
They aren't different colors, just how the camera adjusted the light. They are usually just the white color.

I dont usually go for the ricer style halo crap but I like those on Ebay because you have the option to turn them on or off. It would be cool to turn them on every once in a while to make people laugh.

If you want stock style lamps, you can get a set of lamps for an LS1 TA since they remake those, and swap them over to your LT1 bracket. The bracket portion that holds the lamp on pretty much dead on with the LT1, just the mounting tab lengths are different between the two.

When mine needed to be replaced I found a set from a private seller on Ebay that were in great shape. Probrably got a little lucky. There is an F-Body junkyard in P.A. that sells on Ebay as "fparts". May cost you a little more but there is a good chance they have a decent set and if you don't see them listed in their storefront give em a call.

Here's a link I use from time to time that may be helpful at one point. Pretty informative for Online Junkyards.
Don't know what you'll find but others may find it usefull as well?

Thanks everyone. The fog loghts are one of the things I liked best about the T/A's. Those fog light covers have to be the ugliest thing I've ever seen done to one of these cars. Dont take it personal, thats just my opinion.
I was thinking about getting some LS1 fogs but I thought they were a little smaller and didnt fit the hole as nice? Or are they the same?

I like the halo style surprisingly and I normally hate the look of rice.. There is a riced out 99 Corvette here at a local dealership for sale and I almost just wanna go "vandalize" (in my definition make it better) it and steal the ricer spoiler, taillight covers, and body kit panels

I was always under the impression that LS1 fogs were the same as ours. Only difference is that their housing is plastic, while ours are metal. On one of the many HID threads on here, they were talking about how since the HIDs in the fog lights were melting their housings, they could just get some of ours because the only difference was that ours have a metal back.

^^Just to let you know, those are the same ones I have in the above picture. The place I got them from, most likely the same place Low N Slow got his, do have more options, though.
