what kind of cfm does a mono blade tb flow?

Just to cover us: 58mm flows 1050cfm

1300 cfm but with a little modding slightly more. I have a blower that pumps 1400cfm though

What kind of "modding" can you do to that TB?
You can take some material from the middle lip on the TB flange. This way when the TB sees WOT throttle there is more area for airflow. Usually good for about 50cfm.
