whats are some good bearings to use for my 383???

I used Clevite H-series.

Depends what crank/what material its made from. Almost all forged cranks require the use of H series bearings and most cast steel cranks use them too. In the unlikely event its cast iron, P series are normally used.

Check with the crank manufacturer and see what they recommend.

from what i know its forged steel, not cast iron!

so H series it is
