on a hot day after idlleling in traffic i get a misfire. If I get a good roll for a while or it cools off out it clears. I suspect the ICM I had an MSD coil go resistive could this dammage the module .I had a 1 year old Borg Warner am I better off getting the ac delco unit? if most places list two ac delco ICM part numbers D1986a = premim gm D1905e ac buget unit what is the country of origin on these two units? new ac denso O2s msd opti/wires/coil. As far as the new cooling mod I performed the original CM and installed a 30cfm 80mm cooling fan on the side of the coil/ICM module. with a pilot light and cut out switch . this seems to help. Ill try to post pics and schematics. if any one is interested.
