Default what do i need for rebuild

want to do a good rebuild for as cheap as possiable block has 100,000miles on it and fucked cam bearings so ill have to rip it down to the block want to change rings and pistons and all new bearings can i reuse the rods? where can i get a good buget rebuild kit i dont want to go bigger bore just stock rebuild with lt4 hotcam and mabee some heads. opionons on what to buy and where and what do i need to have the machine shop do other than boil the block and put new cam bearing in do i need to have the cylinders honed ect.
first rebuild by my self. help please

your going to assemble the motor yourself?

This is not going to be cheap if you want to do it right. You will need the machine shop to:

recondition the rods
recondition/polish the crank
hot tank block
install cam bearings
install freeze plugs
possible need for align hone
possible need for .030 overbore

And if your worried about cost, new heads are NOT going to be an option
