Can not Get LT1Edit to work/Connect
So using PCMcomm and Prog I can not get a connection when I select "Action" and "Connect".
I have the original AKM Cables Male ALDL to RS232 connector, then a RS232 to Serial, then a Serial to USB.
I would pref not to have both but well my Parallel to USB happens to be a Female just like the AKM Cables items... so I have no choice.
I made sure the com port for the Serial to USB drivers matches in the programs (Com4) and all the setings are on default.
Am I doing something wrong here? I read most people did not have a problem using the Serial to USB converters and it works fine with my Megasquirt setup but not with this.
Are there drivers for the Serial to Parallel or the AKM converter?
Am I doing something wrong here?
Thanks.

hey give it a try to connect for a bit. like 30 minutes or so. not sure why, but in my case it worked that way. i tried for a while and it didn't connect, then all of a sudden, after a while it did. make sure all your connections are screwed together and that the lt1edit box has the green led's lit up.
