Yeah, Ed Wright or Pcmforless. I have had both for different cam setups. My first chip, Ed Wright, was $350. I had my own burner for my second chip and the Pcmforless has a burn your own option and it was only $50.

Okay, OP you are obviously confused a little so let me make it simple.
When it comes to LT1's "chips" are garbage - they are with most cars. But with 93's our tune is in a chip instead of computer. So when you get the car tuned you are getting the "chip" changed, but don't buy those stupid chips they sell on eBay.
If you can't afford a dyno tune and your mods aren't that extreme then Ed Wright seems to be the best person to have do the mail-order tune.

Hey:
Go with Ion @ http://www.madz28.com, , He does a great job on 93s Performance chip tuning, goto the web site and fill out the form, email to him , then decide if you want a replacement chip or upgradable piggyback adapter( allows updates as you mod your car for only $55.00 USD, instead of $125.00 USD each time you do an update) You'll be glad you did. Don't buy something else that (EBAY tuner chips) is cheaper, as in this case, like most others, you get what you pay for...Madtuners Tunes are very good..

MadZ28 all the way. I've owned 2 SD LT1's in the past, a '92 C4 and '93 Z28 and Ion burned me several chips for both applications. You will not be dissapointed.
And those chips on E-bay really aren't even chips. The so-called "Timing Trickers" are just little boxes w/ a resistor in them. You can go to radio shack and do something like that for a couple bucks.
