Default Opti Seal Replacement Have to remove timing cover?

It looks like I can remove it and replace it with the cover on but I thought I would ask.

I still have yet to confirm if mine Dowel Pin is too long or not. (I am still working on that) So I guess that could cause the leak but I have a spare so why not toss it on.

Any install tips on them or just the same as the Water Pump Shaft Seal?

Thanks!

You don't need to remove the cover
