For a good low restriction intake, what should MAP be in Kpa? Isnt this what you check for intake/maf restriction? It shows up here correct?

As close to 100 as possible, but things change with RPM and weather conditions. It is tough to get an intake that doesn't have at least some restriciton.

100kpa would show no intake restriction at all.

Shbox is right, it should be as close to bar as possible...which is not a constant, it changes with elevation and weather.

Sorry to hijack but I was wondering what could cause my MAP to jump over 100? When I stomp the gas it will jump over 100-102ish for a split second, Why would it do this? the car is N/A

It depends on what BAR is at your location...you can have a BAR value higher than 100...for example a BAR of 30inHg = 101.5917 kPa.

Okay I just checked the Baro pressure here and it is at 30, here in SW FL so I shouldnt worry about it right. one thing I noticed though when I tried to log a freescan file and run VE master on it the program would pop up an error message telling me that it should not be above 100.
But the bottom line is no big deal right?
Edit: I just checked the data master file and compared my Baro and Map the Baro is at 104ish for the run so as long as I am not over 104 there is no problem right?

Sounds like your readings are normal.
