Right now I have a filter on the pass. Side valve cover.should I put
A hose on there and run it to the t.b. Or is the filter enough ventilation
For the crankase. Thanks for any help.

You should be fine. I jsut did this to my car as well, totally removed the "PRC" tube and capped off the throttle body as well as the valve cover. I have a K&N Filter on where the oil filler cap would go now.

I've run it both ways...Its designed as a closed system. FWIW I developed a slight oil leak when I used the breather...Switched back to the closed system and the leak is gone...The closed system must produce more crank case ventilation than just a breather...If you are concerned with sucking oil into the TB, I use a breather/filter in place of the plain elbow and it seems to separate the oil from the air, allowing the oil to drian back in the valve cover and still keeps the system closed...Its part # BF-412 I think and its $5 at autozone...

I'd say it's more normal than not normal. It's common for a little oil to get pulled back into the TB. Checking and/or replacing the PCV valve is easy, though. Installing a capturing device on the hose is also effective.
