Default Do I have a time bomb (Opti)

So I bought a 96 Z28 recently. Runs really strong, very clean, good deal, all that. It has 143k on it right now but the engine was replaced at 136. I called the dealership to get a run down of what exactly was replaced, and when they installed the new motor they re-used to orginal opti but replaced the plugs, wires, and did a cap and rotor kit on it. So I have a distributor with 143k and a cap and rotor with 7k on it, the new(ish) water pump has like 12k or so.

Car seems to run perfectly fine, but that does seem like quite a lot of miles. Should I plan on it going relatively soon?

What might some of those be? Like a stumble in the mid range rpms right?

160k on original opti here, if it's not broke, don't mess with it. Cap + rotor changes should make it last a while.
