Does anyone have dyno results for an airfoil, k&n intake, and moroso intake by themselves.

Why do you need this info? All the mods you listed are proven to make power.

Airfoil +/- 2 HP, if that.

The Moroso and K&N intake will provide the same power, around 10HP, as their design is nearly identical.

I recommend the Moroso unless you are going to go with a lid setup, which I tend to think is better. The only preference for the Moroso is that it's cheaper.

+1 for buying a cheaper one

CAI's are CAI's...the only ones which may be better would be ram air or an Ls1 lid...both of which are often critisized and questioned on their "superiority"...

Grab a Lingenfelter or Moroso
Air foil seems to be a gimmick but depends if you want to really squeeze out all the power...some say it does nothing

I had a dyno done to my car with just a cai and airfoil and picked up 12hp and 9ft lbs... which did the most Id say the cai but both were on there and the dyno was free since I worked there.
