Default how to remove crank pulley with a bbk underdrive pulley?

hey guys i am trying to change my opti and waterpump. i have tried a few pullers and stuff to try to get this thing off. If i take out the 3 bolts but leave the harmonic bolt in will i should be able to just tap them off right? all it says on bbk website is to unscrew the 3 bolts and it should come right off. what do you guys think?
