Need a very random bolt size

I need to know the size and thread of the bolt that holds the heater core lines to the passenger side frame rail.

How would I go about finding what kind of bolt it is and possibly even finding the bolt?

M8 x 1.25 x 18.

GM part number 11513703. They come 10 to a pack.

Chances are they won't have that size, as it is an automotive-specific thread. But you might get lucky!
