Default 1997 Camaro z28.. ready to do a 1500 in mods!

hi there.
im new here and a newly 1997 Camaro owner.
i bought my Camaro close to a year now, i have revive my camaro and finally ready to so a few mods and have $1500 to start of with.
My Camaro has no mods at all.
what mods can i start to do?
my goal will be to reach 350-370hp by the end of the year.

The only thing i have done to it has been to change the wheels and put some z06 wheels on it.

Trade in your 1997 for a 1998 and up. Unless your planning on boosting your LT1, I wouldn't waist any money in it.

Sad, but agreed. . . . LT's are really a lost cause for bolt ons when the LS is easily obtainable. . . . . Unless you really love your car and don't want to part with it.

LS>LT any day of the week.

Hi boycali, please join us in this section for any LTx related questions, as you can see below, there are a lot of tards in this area.

As for your original question, check here for first mods advice. Basically intake/exhaust/tires/gears are good first mods

Go ask this question in the lt1 section on this forum. You can get some power out of the ole lt1. Those guys can help you. You don't have to join the church of lsx to find power. There are other ways...but we are kinda mean to the lt1 crowd around here. We treat them like red headed step children.

True. . . . LOL

We just love the simplicity of the LS. . . . . Come on, 300 horse stock at the wheels. . . . + No opti spark. . . . No opti spark alone made me by a 98. . . .

But, we love the LT's too. . . . . .
