Get some brake cleaner and spray it around the base of the intake manifold or near vacuum lines and see if the idle changes. That will tell you right away where the leak is. Don't go crazy and soak everything down and don't spray the headers/exhaust manifolds as it is flameable - remember.

I thought about that but my Intake and throttle body has been painted. Wont it eat the paint off?

use a propane torch without the spark and see if it raises idle

quite possibly, you can also but get the non chlorinated version and it should be ok as alot of brake calipers are painted these days and they don't eat that away. I did it on mine (and it's painted as well) several months back without any issues.
