Default The Z is finally back on the road

long, long winter, but it's finally out and I must say I'm happy with the results. I hope to get to the track before the end of the month.

Ls1 lid swap
Chrs1313 ram air
FLT Level 4 upgraded to Level 7 FLT
CSR CF SFI trans shield
SS4000 was replaced with an SS3600 ( no lockup ) ... 4K too loose for spray and now lighter
PST 3.5 alum. shaft
ATI alum dampner
Powder coated Street Lites
275 Hoosiers..gonna give them a try
Speed Inc. carpet
Lloyd custom mats
switched interior to graphite, leather door panels, and 95 leather seats
cut lots of metal out that you can not tell
Nitrous Outlet billet bottle mount, heaters, Y's, progressive controller
gauge panels by Z8's
breather tank setup
UMI chassis mount TA ( was Spohn )
Sunoco Wide hood + misc paint work to make it pretty

I have a couple little things to finalize.

rear trunk panels installed and trimmed for Wolfe bar
make a alum piece to seem trunk and hatch carpet
set progressive and test system

About damn time your on here and your car is finally out. Ive been wondering where the hell you went. Car looks great as always. Those wheels look very familiar, did you have them powdercoated or bought them that way? I know a guy with the exact same looking wheels.
Do you have a idea of where your weight is now with more metal removed?

The wheels are Billet Specialties Street Lites which I had, but had the centers powder coated.

I love this hood and feel it really gives the car the more aggressive look it needed.

Oh I love that hood too, def looks more agressive!! Im just a fan of the "Factory Look" When are you hitting the track?
